I really recommend to you to come here. In these days we have the local festival “fallas”: in some streets people build ironic-cartoon-monuments and the last day of the festival (03/19 (Saint Joseph)) they burn it.
Try to find it in youtube and google with the keywords “fallas” “valencia”.
But I think you won’t have enough free-time (this is a hardcore-tour).
Anyway I will try to ear you in Madrid or Barcelona.
